A dream come true...


Torrential monsoon rains in southern India cancelled trains to north, but my spirits were still high and undeterred to reach Kashi. I took the morning flight on Oct30, 2005 to Delhi and drove 800 Kms to reach Banares aka Varanasi, the mecca of Hindus.

    through Bihar, you are a brave man...two questions,though

    1. who are "we" that you keep referring to? we (one
    man army of just me) want names...

    2. you committed sins and washed them away in varnasi
    ? can't beleive that such an innocent man like you
    committing sins...lol

    hope u enjoyed and its good that u got rid off your sins.but dont start accumulating again .it shouldnt be a reason to do any more sins.dont do anymore thillumullu.be a good boy.

    Loved it... An awesome trip and an amazing write-up. You almost
    teleported to each of the destination. Lot of detail of the trip and
    just great pictures.
    I did see you yahoo photos as well... With all the shoda-ubachara
    poojai (charamam/deepam/aarthi) and other pictures, thanks for getting
    me there.. Gopura darisanam koti punyam.. I atleast got gopura
    dharisanam thru ur pics..

    Hope all is well now, that you're back to Chennai... Are the rains
    still bad? Is everthing fine at home?? Mail back when you get a
    chance..

  8. Well Chandra, I see you are being selective about the pictures. For instance, you have not put any pictures of the point of origin of your journey and . Maybe someone needs to start a blog to prove that Patna is better than Chennai !
